Update Your Information or Renew Your Membership

How to change email, address, specialties, and renew before or after expiration.

Update Personal Information

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click "Your Account" in the top welcome bar.
  3. Go to the My Information tab.
  4. Edit contact info, states of licensure, board certification details, etc.
  5. Save.

Board IDs entered here enable automatic MOC reporting for eligible activities.

Check Membership Status & Expiration

  1. "Your Account" → My Membership tab.
  2. See your current plan, expiration date, and a Renew link.

Renewing

  • Renew directly from the dashboard when logged in (often shows loyalty pricing for existing customers).
  • Or call 1-800-423-2308.
  • Platinum members have access to a dedicated Concierge line: 1-844-ADF-PLAT (1-844-233-7528).

Expired Memberships

You can still access some purchased Collections after expiration until their individual CME expiration dates. Membership content requires an active subscription.
