How to Print or Download Your CME/CE Transcript or Certificate

Step-by-step instructions to access, filter, and download your official CME/CE transcript.

From the Web Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Log in at audio-digest.org/login.
  2. From your Dashboard, click the Credit Tracker tab.
  3. Click My Transcript.
  4. You will see a year-to-date preview.
  5. Click Download Transcript to generate a PDF certificate.

Customizing Your Transcript

  • Use the Select Specialty and Select Date Range filters.
  • Click Submit to update the view.
  • Each filtered version can be downloaded as a separate certificate by clicking Download Transcript again.

The PDF can be saved or printed. Double-click the preview to view full screen.

From the Mobile App

  1. Tap your profile / Account.
  2. Go to Credit Tracker or Transcript section.
  3. Generate and download the PDF (options may be more limited than web).

Important Notes

  • AudioDigest maintains records for at least 6 years.
  • We send certificates only to you (the participant). We handle direct reporting for certain boards (ABIM MOC, AANA, ACPE, etc.) when you have provided the required IDs in your profile.
  • Submission deadline for credits in a calendar year is generally December 31.
