Forgot Password, Locked Out, or General Login Issues
Common login issues and how to resolve them quickly.
Forgot Password
Use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. A reset link will be emailed to your registered address.
Can't Access Email on File?
Call Customer Service at 800-423-2308. They can help verify your identity and update the email on the account.
Association / SSO Login
Some users log in via partner medical associations. If that option is not working, try the standard email/password login or contact support.
Multiple Accounts or Email Changes
If you have old and new emails associated with AudioDigest, support can merge or update records. Provide both emails when contacting them.
